We want you to feel confident shopping with Essence Skin Care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them. Because of safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. A clear photo of the issue helps us solve the problem quickly. In most cases, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund depending on what works best for you.

with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll reply with the next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds appear within 5–7 business days after approval.
We’re not able to accept returns on final sale items, promotional bundles, or gift cards. International orders may have restrictions due to customs and shipping policies.
