Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day, but we always try to ship as fast as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on your location and carrier workload. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and the shipping method you select. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If the address is entered incorrectly and the order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is shipped, carrier delays are outside our control. If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or your local carrier office first. If you still need help, email us and we’ll try to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or another solution depending on the situation.

International Shipping
At this time, we may have limited or no international shipping depending on customs restrictions and carrier availability. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
